Key purpose of the Job
The Senior Executive - Corporate Finance is responsible for supporting the Group Corporate Finance to function smoothly. The job holder assists in managing the Group’s investments portfolio including managing the current investment and evaluating the proposed investments. Oversee the Finance and Accounting function of the holding companies and monitor the performance of the companies. The job holder is also responsible for managing investor relations and supporting Treasury related activities. Furthermore, the job holder is responsible to execute the vested duties and responsibilities in relation to the Health & Safety guidelines, instructions and protocols of the Organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Finance and Accounting function for Investment Holding companies and non-operational companies of the group, including funding, statutory compliances, etc.
- Responsible for evaluation of the company’s current and proposed investments, including subsidiary companies and JVs and making required changes to Group Structure
- Responsible for managing investors relations and also supporting in Treasury related activities including mitigating risks, preparing budgets and managing Group’s investment portfolio
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/Finance/Business Management/Mathematics from a recognized university or fully qualified in CIMA/ACCA/ICASL
CFA/FRM certification will be preferred
Experience
2 to 3+ years of relevant experience in the Finance/Accounts function
