Senior Designer

The Senior Designer (Activewear) is responsible for the design and development of activewear products (such as lingerie, briefs, loungewear and activewear) for assigned customers, ensuring that design and timeline requirements are met. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and present new concepts for seasonal product launches to customers through effective product & market analysis
• Coordinate with the internal teams to develop production feasible designs within the target cost and development timelines
• Collaborate with customers and SMEs, including customer visit management, knowledge sharing, etc

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Designing or Clothing Technology or Business Administration or Marketing

Experience

• 3 to 4+ years of experience in activewear design and development
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and CAD, with strong knowledge of fabric properties, garment construction, production processes and excellent sketching skills
