The Job
1. Requirement Gathering:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business objectives, processes, and requirements.
- Conduct interviews, surveys, and workshops to gather information and ensure a comprehensive understanding of business needs.
2. Analysis and Documentation:
- Analyze complex business problems and provide data-driven insights.
- Document and maintain clear and concise business requirements, functional specifications, and process documentation.
- Create and manage process flows, use cases, and user stories.
3. Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across different departments.
- Ensure effective communication and understanding between business and technical teams.
4. Solution Design:
- Collaborate with solution architects and development teams to design solutions that align with business requirements.
- Provide input into the development of technical specifications.
5. Project Management:
- Contribute to project planning and management activities.
- Track and report on project progress, ensuring that timelines and deliverables are met.
8. Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business analysis.
The Person
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Minimum 3+ proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on complex projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using business analysis tools and methodologies.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of relevant technologies and industry trends. Knowledge in Microsoft Technologies are a plus.
- Must have a passion, enthusiasm and should be a excellent team player.
