Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead the installation, setup, and configuration of SAP S/4 HANA systems, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.</li><li>Plan and execute system upgrades, support package stacks, and patch management activities in accordance with best practices and business requirements.</li><li>Monitor system performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies to enhance system stability and efficiency.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and architect SAP landscapes, considering factors such as high availability, disaster recovery, and scalability.</li><li>Develop and maintain backup and recovery strategies for SAP systems, ensuring data integrity and system resilience.</li><li>Implement and maintain security policies, roles, and authorizations within SAP environments to safeguard sensitive data and comply with regulatory requirements.</li><li>Provide expert-level support for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to SAP Basis components, including database, application servers, and interfaces.</li><li>Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.</li></ul>Candidate Profile<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.</li><li>Minimum of 4 years of experience as an SAP Basis Consultant, with a focus on SAP S/4 HANA.</li><li>Hands-on experience in end-to-end private cloud implementation, preferably within the Fashion Suite domain.</li><li>Proficiency in SAP Basis administration tasks, including system installation, configuration, and performance tuning.</li><li>Strong understanding of SAP HANA database concepts and architecture.</li><li>Experience with SAP system upgrades, support package stacks, and patch management.</li><li>Knowledge of SAP security concepts, roles, and authorizations.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.</li><li>SAP certifications in relevant areas (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate) preferred.</li></ul>
