Role Overview
As an Appointment Setter, your primary responsibility will be to reach out to prospective clients via phone, email, and social media, introduce our website design services, and schedule qualified appointments for our sales team. You’ll play a crucial role in the sales pipeline by identifying potential clients and booking discovery calls that convert into sales. With great performance not only as a salesman but as an employee, there will be opportunities to manage a sales team, leading to an increased salary as well as increased sales commission provided the team perform.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound outreach to UK-based businesses via cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other lead-gen platforms
• Qualify prospects based on their needs, budget, and readiness to invest in website services
• Schedule appointments and hand over leads to our senior sales consultants or project managers
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes using CRM software
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly appointment targets
• Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and improve conversion rates

Ideal Candidate
• Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, lead generation, or inside sales
• Strong communication skills with a professional, confident phone manner
• Familiarity with website design, digital marketing, or tech services preferred
• Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively
• Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar)
