Description
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science or appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- End-to-end project management experience as a project manager and/or a scrum master
- Over 6 years of proven working experience in project management and agile environment
- Experience in handling software related projects
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Good understanding of PM metrics for tracking
- Experience in project management tools such as Rally, Jira is required
- Experience in Program and Scrum Agile Framework Management
- Experience in SQL Access Tableau is a plus
- Strong conceptual and creative problem-solving skills
- Good attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills
- Coordinate internal resources and Client/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques
