Key Responsibilities
- Implement and support SAP PP/QM and MII (Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence) modules in complex manufacturing environments.
- Lead end-to-end implementations in SAP PP/QM (minimum 4) and MII (minimum 1).
- Configure SAP PP/QM functionalities such as production planning, shop floor control, quality inspections, and batch management.
- Implement MII functionalities including data collection, visualization, and integration with MES and ERP systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP PP/QM and MII configuration issues, interfaces, and data inconsistencies.
- Perform ABAP debugging for custom solutions and enhancements.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and optimize processes within SAP PP/QM and MII.
- Ensure regulatory compliance during SAP implementations.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or equivalent experience required.
- 8+ years of experience implementing and supporting SAP PP/QM and MII modules in manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience with at least 4 end-to-end implementations in SAP PP/QM and 1 in MII.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality management principles, and industry standards.
- Proficient in SAP PP/QM functionalities and familiarity with MII functionalities.
- Experience in S/4HANA environments preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve SAP PP/QM and MII configuration issues and data inconsistencies.
- Proficiency in ABAP debugging for custom solutions and enhancements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Proactive approach to process optimization within SAP PP/QM and MII implementations.
