About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to grow our client base and drive revenue in the printing and packaging industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and a good understanding of commercial printing and custom packaging solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities in sectors such as F&B, cosmetics, retail, and manufacturing.
- Meet with clients to understand their printing and packaging needs, provide customized solutions, and close deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
- Prepare and present quotations, negotiate pricing, and manage the sales process end-to-end.
- Collaborate with the production and design teams to ensure accurate job execution.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in sales (preferably in printing, packaging, or B2B industries).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand technical details of packaging and print products.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
- Fluent in English
Preferred Backgrounds
- Sales experience in offset printing, rigid boxes, labels, or custom packaging.
- Knowledge of production timelines, materials, and finishing techniques.
- Existing network of clients in the restaurant, cosmetics, or FMCG industries is a plus
