Key purpose of the JobAs Merchandiser – Product Development, you will be responsible for execution of the sample development process (sampling/costing) for the assigned styles. This includes timely submission of samples, costing and T&amp;A plans to maximize profitability in close coordination with cross-functional internal teams.EducationBachelor’s Degree in Fashion Designing / Clothing Technology or any other relevant streamExperience1 to 3+ years’ experience in MerchandisingGood knowledge in fabric, trims and garments with various finishes.Effective time management and prioritization capabilities, and ability to perform under pressureBe proactive, assertive and forward-thinking and take ownership in delivering operational excellence. <ol><li>Ensure sample development, costing, price negotiation and communication with the customer.</li><li>Ensure smooth execution of the entire development process from tech pack to sample dispatch.</li><li>Strictly adhere to the Time &amp; Action plan and achieve 100% OTD on sample delivery.</li><li>Liaise with internal/external cross-functional teams whilst building lasting relationships with the customer</li></ol>
