  • Conduct comprehensive coaching and training sessions for sales associates, enhancing their product knowledge and sales proficiency.
  • Analyze sales metrics, identify trends, and develop strategies to propel sales growth.
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and nurturing a welcoming showroom atmosphere.
  • Manage inventory, coordinate stock replenishment, and contribute to strategic visual merchandising initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with the broader management team to devise and implement sales promotions and marketing strategies.
