- 7+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing/ Branding.
- Atleast 3+ experience in the IT / BPM industry will be a definite advantage.
- Experience handling International and local sales market.
- A background and qualification in marketing
- Excellent presentation skills and communication skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing
- Developing custom strategies and managing marketing campaigns.
- Build a sales pipeline
- Client presentations and solution design
- Build relationships with partners
- Craft digital marketing strategy, SEO / SEM
- Organize events in Sri Lanka and overseas
