Description
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer networking or a related field and holding an MBA will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge in MS Windows , Linux and MS Windows 10/11
- Knowledge in CISCO products such as L2/L3 switches, SD WAN, wireless controllers and Access Points
- Knowledge in VMware ESXi, VMWare VCenter, Symantec, Backup EXE 2020 and MS SQL databases
- MS Windows 2012/2016/2019 servers and MS WIndows 10/11 cleats.
- Knowledge in Palo Alto firewalls and IP PBX.
- Knowledge in HP Servers, Storage and tape autoloaders
- Good understanding about LAN/WAN design, etc
- Microsoft and CISCO certifications are prefered.
- Basic Knowledge in cyber security.
- Solid knowledge of Problem-solving.Critical thinking, Leadership Communication
- Knowledge in ServiceNow and good understanding about ITIL framework will be an added advantage.
- Administration on Active directory and server administration and basic administration knowledge in Linux
- Working knowledge with MS Windows client/Servers operating systems and troubleshooting day to day issues.
- Manage and administration datacenter operation activities including the backup operations
- Sound knowledge in VLANs and routing and basic understanding about SD WAN
- Working with Servers hardware , Storage and tape autoloaders
- Managing and administration the Network infrastructure LAN and WAN including Firewall and IP PBX
- Excellent IT skills and knowledge and troubleshooting of any general software or programmes.
- Knowledge in vulnerability management and patching servers and network devices
- IT Inventory management and dealing with vendors and handling SLAs
- Managing all IT operations and providing solutions and leading the IT team
- Plan and monitor day-to-day activities of help desk operations and Knowledge of IT operational functions.
- Build a better relationship with PwC global teams and closely working with them
