- Degree in Marketing / Business Management and full qualification in CIM / SLIM, holding MBA would be an added advantage
- Should have excellent communication skills, high level of computer literacy and negotiation skills

- Strategies the overall digital marketing strategy for all Dialog Digital Services product portfolios with budget forecasting and campaign planning.
- Plan and execute campaigns to drive traffic to website / social media / apps / bots acquire new users and achieve solid and consistent growth
- Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing
- Coordinate with BU’s and prepare a campaign calendar to increase app registrations and usage
- Translate brand elements into plans and develop go-to marketing strategies
- Monitor Market trends and research on consumer markets to develop effective marketing strategy for Fintech businesses and other DS products digitally
- Key Focus on genie to ensure all marketing activities are executed on time and drive genie brand awareness amongst relevant audience
- Lead all creative Digital marketing developments for all brands under Digital Services covering strategy, performance, growth and execution
- Translate complex Digital marketing data into easy understandable insights and leverage these insights to identify solutions and develop new ideas
- Conceptualize, lead and manage digital marketing projects (new launches and major campaigns etc) via digital marketing platforms and execute campaigns in an efficient manner
- Conceptualize, plan and organize campaigns and build community through existing and new social media channels and continuously improve Social media engagement across all social channels
- Develop category/brand plans in line with product funnel and go to market (GTM) management
- Analyze available analytics as well as market metrics in order to improve the online customer experience.
- Leverage in-depth customer behavior insights to build comprehensive growth hacking and CLM programs to drive customer consideration, conversion, and retention to achieve business objectives.

- Tracking budget management across multiple digital channels and budget utilization.
