Candidate Profile<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in the maintenance field.</li><li>Completed NVQ Level 4 in Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Mechanic or a similar qualification.</li></ul> <ul><li>Overseeing and providing training to crew members while devising maintenance schedules and assigning tasks.</li><li>Recruiting and managing new suppliers/contractors while ensuring their supervision.&nbsp;</li><li>Performing preventive maintenance tasks to proactively address potential issues.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensuring thorough follow-ups on all maintenance and repair activities.</li></ul>
