About the Role:

The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Lead position oversees Wiley’s Identity and Access Management program, which is designed to ensure Wiley user identities, accounts, credentials, and system access are fully and completely managed. This role is responsible for growing and overseeing the overall team and identifying, analyzing, and evaluating Wiley’s IAM services. This role directs the planning, implementation/development, and operations of the overall IAM team, processes, and tools/technology.

  • Expertise in developing and deploying Identity and Privileged Access Management (IAM/PAM) solutions
  • Expertise in understanding of AAA Authentication, Authorization, and Accounting principles
  • Expertise in Active Directory and/or LDAP management, AzureAD, SSO across multiple domains, 2FA, IGA tools.
  • Expertise in and/or experience with PAM tools such as CyberArk and Conjur


What we look for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • 10+ Years IT, 5+ Years IAM experience
  • SOX, general IT controls, general IT Audit concepts
  • Agile Framework
  • IAM platforms-, Active Directory, AzureAD, AWS, and Azure IAM, , Workday, or other Identity and Access management solutions
  • IGA Platforms – Saviynt or similar technologies
  • PAM – CyberArk and Conjur
  • Required Languages: PERL, Java, Python
  • Self-motivated and Independent
  • 5 years of management experience
  • English
  • CISA, CISM, or CISSP Certification a plus
  • Desirable:
  • Big4 accounting experience a plus

Responsibilities

How you will make an impact:

  • Grow Wiley’s IAM, PAM, and IGA programs maturity to protect Wiley’s identities and applications.
  • Protect the entire user account lifecycle.
  • Development and maturing of Wiley’s IAM/IGA program.
  • Ensure that all privileged accounts are secured and also application secrets are properly vaulted and rotated.
  • Provide guidance to a global IAM team and build a culture of collaboration.
  • Ensure all user provisioning/de-provision processes are
  • Support IAM technology.
  • Eliminate dependency on legacy platforms such as PERL scripts and other unsupported tools.
  • Support Wiley’s Identity Governance and Administration Program.
