Job Role
- Welcome the internal & external stakeholders and redirect them to relevant departments.
- Handling the general line calls and providing information for the queries transferring calls to the appropriate individuals.
- Handling the medical insurance coverage for the entire organization.
- Coordinate the visa processes & air ticket bookings for the chairman and directors.
- Coordinate transport arrangements and process necessary payments.
- Coordinate and support other HR functions.
- Handle various other administrative tasks.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity.
- Pleasing personality and positive attitude towards customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Sinhala. (Tamil will be added advantage)
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Multitasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and social abilities.
- Preferably age below 30 years.
