Customer Care Executive will be the primary contact for our service seeking customers by responding to inquiries, managing complaints, troubleshooting significant customer service problems and providing general information.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
- Minimum 1-2 years of work experience.
- Fluent in English/ Sinhala and Tamil would be an added advantage.
- Should have excellent organization skills and multitasking.
- Customer focus and adaptability.
- Proficient in relevant computer applications Microsoft Office Package.
- GCE A/L or Equivalent.
