We are seeking an IT Pre-Sales professional for a hybrid full-time role based in Colombo, with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. The role involves consulting with potential clients to understand their IT requirements, preparing tailored solutions, and presenting them effectively. Day-to-day tasks include managing pre-sales activities, providing technical support during the sales process, and collaborating with the sales and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction. Additionally, the candidate will play a key role in building client relationships and assisting with proposals and tenders.
Skills
Strong expertise in Network Administration and Network Security. Solid background in Information Technology and Troubleshooting. Exceptional Customer Service skills. Ability to assess client needs and deliver tailored IT solutions. Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. Experience in pre-sales or IT consultancy is an advantage. Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment with strong time management and organizational skills.
