Description
- Degree / Higher Diploma or a professional qualification in the field of Information Technology.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
- Ability to visit outlets when necessary and attend to work on short notice.
- Enthusiastic, Self Driven & possesses the ability to perform under minimum supervision.
- Prior experience in handling Cooperate anti-virus platform, Microsoft 365, Azure cloud environment, Firewall Configuration, cooperate backup system, and windows patch management.
- Experience in handling VDI solutions, Virtualization Platforms (VMWare & Hyper-V) will be an added advantage.
- Maintain TELCO Infrastructure connections and communication failover plan for all outlets.
- Maintain LAN and Virus guard updates of user level across the company.
- Configure, maintain and provide technical support of user level on One Drive.
- Configuration, maintain and provide technical support of user level on 0365 email.
- Maintain and provide second level technical support on CITRIX (Remote connectivity).
- Maintain CCTV system, inventory of hardware and daily backups.
