As a Field Customer Support Executive/Technician you will Be a part of our talented technical Team to offer services to corporate level customers on site.
Requirements:
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair of IT Equipment (Specially –Laptops/PCs)
- Good Knowledge and understand on IT Products /Technologies (Specially - Hardware)
- Higher Diploma/Diploma in Information Technology/Computer Science from a recognized University/institute or equivalent professional Qualification
- 1-2 Years experience in similar role.
- Must possess Excellent Communication skills and Customer service skills.
- Having a valid motorbike license / Motorbike will be an added advantage.
