Description
- An IT related Certificate / Diploma from a reputed institution or equitant NVQ level 4 or 05.
- Minimum of 01- 02 years hands on experience in a similar capacity.
- Strong system and network troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work on roster basis (Day & Night).
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software printer, scanner, and other IT peripherals.
- Provide system support and guidance to end users.
- Attend service desk calls in an efficient and courteous manner and resolve issues.
- Troubleshoot, document, and resolve technical issues with local and remote equipment.
- Follow up services tickets and issues with end user.
- Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices.
- Able to install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications.
- Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems
