Intern - Operations

As Intern - Operations, you will be reporting to the Manager - Operations. You will be responsible for performing all activities of pre-production planning and scheduling for the assigned business unit by coordinating with various stakeholders. The role-holder is responsible for taking up customer inquiries from internal and external parties, following up and ensure set bulk plans are achieved on time. 

Education

Possess a degree or diploma in Textiles Technology or related field

Experience

Good team player with excellent communication skills.

Sound MS Excel knowledge

Analytical skills, logical thinking and a Mathematical background

1. Responsible for planning and scheduling the pre-production activities to ensure optimized utilization of capacity and on time customer delivery
2. Responsible for deployment of pre-production plan, monitoring execution and issue resolution
3. Responsible for performance to plan in assigned customer units
