Company Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Candidate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with both US and Sri Lankan recruitment process, to manage and enhance our global workforce.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Policy Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. and Sri Lankan labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including talent sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, addressing employee concerns and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
  • Compensation & Benefits:
  • Oversee compensation structures and benefits administration, ensuring alignment with both local and international standards.
  • Training & Development:
  • Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
  • Performance Management:
  • Manage performance evaluation processes, including goal setting and performance reviews.
  • Strategic HR Initiatives:
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategy with company goals, focusing on employee retention, engagement, and development.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management with exposure to both U.S. and Sri Lankan labor laws.
  • US and Canada experience is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of employment regulations, including EEO, FMLA, OSHA, EPF, and ETF.
  • Proven track record in talent acquisition and employee relations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
