Functional Consultant - Plant Maintenance/Quality Management

Key Responsibilities

• Implement SAP S/4 HANA solutions for Plant Maintenance (PM) and Quality Management (QM) modules, specifically tailored for Fashion Suite industry requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Configure SAP S/4 HANA PM/QM modules according to industry best practices and client specifications.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer sessions for end-users and project stakeholders.
• Provide expertise in integrating SAP S/4 HANA PM/QM with other modules such as Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), and Sales and Distribution (SD).
• Support data migration activities, ensuring data accuracy and consistency throughout the implementation process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance.
• Conduct testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the successful deployment of SAP solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance post-implementation, including troubleshooting, bug fixing, and system enhancements.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP S/4 HANA releases, features, and industry trends, and apply them to enhance system functionality and performance.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4 HANA implementation, specifically in Plant Maintenance (PM) and Quality Management (QM) modules.
• Experience in end-to-end implementation projects within the Fashion Suite industry is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA PM/QM configuration, customization, and integration with other modules.
• Experience in conducting workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and project stakeholders at all levels.
• SAP certifications in relevant modules (PM/QM) are a plus.
• Ability to travel to client sites as required.
