As Executive – Industrial Engineering, you will be reporting to the Manager Industrial Engineering. You will be responsible for the execution of facility to create garment operation breakdown and standard minute value based on customer Tec pack and sample to pricing and operation to ensure a smooth production process in line with customer requirements, with the ultimate objective of contributing towards the plant achieving SMV and the budgeted SAH. You will support the company’s future plans and help drive the Brandix values and culture across to all its employees.
Education
Bachelors’ Degree / Diploma in Industrial Engineering/ Textile & Clothing Technology with GSD Licence or experience in working with GSD system. in Diploma in Industrial Engineering/ Clothing Technology with GSD Licence
Experience
2 - 4+ years of Casual Wear 5 pocket pants /Chino pants/ Jackets/Overall product experience
- Provide costing options at the handover /development meeting based on and practices in current manufacturing to order to facilitate a smooth flow in sewing line.
- Analyze sample critically, prepare the operation break down, analyze GSD motions, assign SMV for operations using GSD system to ensure operation cost reduction analyze and monitor all the product developments are done based on the best manufacturable method in order to improve the operational efficiency.
- Calculate an accurate costing SMV to achieve the competitive price and give the various costing options to customer in order reduce the price while adding the newness to the product.
- Provide the accurate thread YY in ordering stage in a timely and effective manner.
