CANDIDATE PROFILE
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics, Mechatronic Engineering, or any other equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 4 years' years of related experience preferably in a manufacturing organization.
• Experience in high voltage operating devices and safety protocols.
• Experience in electrical distribution system designing and maintenance is required.
• Experience in project management including planning, scheduling and budgeting will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Sinhala and good interpersonal relationship skills.

Implement risk prevention
• Plan and safety requirements (LOTO, HV/LV manual, instructions, safety during intervention, compliance of work, compliance of equipment under his/her responsibility).
• Existence and evolution of maintenance plans (transformers, protective devices, substation visits, thermographic analyzes)000m
• Maintenance costs reduction and efficiency
• improvement (uptime) and monitored power consumption (measurements, network load, power factor).
