Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to sustainably build a micro leasing / Auto leasing portfolio with own contracts and also by guiding and driving a marketing/credit team in Badulla.
- Following up and taking timely action on recoveries.
- Compliance to company policies/procedures/ accepted norms, CBSL/ other regulatory requirements.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in banking/ or non- banking financial institution.
- Applicant with permanent residence within 30km radius from Badulla is required.
- Candidate with a Degree in Management, Part qualification (Business Level 2) in the Institute of Chartered Accountants or an equivalent professional qualification may also be considered despite lack of industry knowledge.
