- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, or Business Analytics.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a focus on HR or talent acquisition data preferred.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex data findings in a clear and understandable manner.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Prior experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Knowledge of HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is advantageous.
