Key Responsibilities

  • Standard DeskSide Suppport (Local fault finding for both Hardware and Software)
  • IMACD & PC refresh support (Installation, Move, Addition and Change, Disposal, Refresh)
  • Monthly reporting for IT service.
  • Ensure of all the tasks given by the IT infrastructure Management should be completed within the given period
  • Handle multiple issues /tasks within the given area with high quality
  • Escalate issues to IT infrastructure Management that needs to be escalated.

The Person

  • A Diploma holder in IT
  • A certification in computer Hardware
  • Minimum 1 year experience in relevant area
  • Age should be above 23 years
  • Good command in English Language
