Entry Requirements

Ideal Candidate Should Possess

  • Minimum 03 years experience in a similar capacity.
  • Prior experience in the healthcare or hospitality industry would be a distinct advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in English and Sinhala is mandatory.
  • Fluent in Tamil will be an added advantage.
  • Pleasant and friendly personality, courteous and polite.
  • Should be willing to work on shift basis (Day & Night).
Responsibilities

The Customer Relations Executive directs and coordinates the activities to enhance the Customer Relations resulting in outstanding levels of “Customer Satisfaction” and is responsible for all aspects of Customer Relations Management within the hospital.
