Clinical Quality Executive

We are currently hiring for a full-time Clinical Quality Executive to join our team located in Colombo. As a Clinical Quality Executive, you will be responsible for incident management and ensuring the safety of the care that we provide our patients, developing strategies to improve patient care, and monitoring clinical outcomes (Audits). Additionally, you will be tasked with identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations on how to improve the overall quality of care in our hospital.

Qualifications To be considered for the position of Clinical Quality Executive, we require the following qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Nursing/medicine 
• Prior experience in quality improvement, risk management, Incident management, or healthcare operations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to be able to communicate effectively with medical and non-medical personnel
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards
• Experience in conducting root-cause analyses, risk assessments, and implementing solutions for improvement is a plus
• Experience in managing quality improvement projects and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams on patient care initiatives is a plus
