Your primary responsibilities includes,
• Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, cakes, and other bakery products.
• Follow recipes and maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
• Operate and maintain bakery equipment.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the baking area.
• Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies.
• Collaborate with the team to develop new recipes and improve existing ones.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations.
The ideal candidate should possess:
Advanced Level or equivalent.
• Bakery-related certificate or diploma-level qualification.
1-2 years of hands-on experience in handling bakery-related products.
Strong knowledge of baking techniques and recipes.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
