Description
- 4+ years' experience support role or DevOps role
- IT or Engineering degree from a reputed university
- Cloud/Linux certifications
Added advantage:
- Experience with WSO2 Carbon platform
- Background in Telecommunications domain with relevant experience with a vendor or MNO
- Experience with Jenkin or other CI tools
- Use of trouble ticketing system (Jira – Service Desk)
Key Skills:
- Hands on experience Cloud Kubernetes environments (GKE)
- Apache/Tomcat/Nginx/Nagios
- Experience working with SQL databases such as MySQL
- Experience setting security/backup and incident management policies and processes for production systems
- Hands on experience with Virtualized Linux deployments
- Experience with API and Web services
- Hands on experience with puppet and ansible
- Automation skills Ex: bash, python etc. Scripting
- Deep analytical and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Responsible for support SLAs
- Manage junior engineers and guide them
- Manage DevOps functions
- Day-to-day support operations
