  • Experience setting security/backup and incident management policies and processes for production systems
  • Hands on experience with Virtualized Linux deployments
  • Experience with API and Web services
  • Hands on experience with puppet and ansible
  • Automation skills Ex: bash, python etc. Scripting
  • Deep analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Responsible for support SLAs
  • Manage junior engineers and guide them
  • Manage DevOps functions
  • Day-to-day support operations
  • On call rotation
