Description
- In terms of fabric technically work with supplier & customer.
- In terms of fabric technically work with production plant & provide the technical solution.
- Handling cutting room issues / Production / and embellishment issues.
- Ensure, on time Pre-productions & Risk Assessment with team.
- Ensure to work with a team ( guide & supervise the team ).
- Work with System & update timely manner.
- Good Education Back Ground ( Diploma qualification in Textile Technology / Engineering / NDT. qualification or similar qualification ).
- Fabric technical experience ( 5 years ) with fabric inspection experience is essential.
- Ability of handling cutting room issues / Production / and embellishment experience ( Follow up with non-compliance product with relevant Suppliers & Develop them to achieve our desired quality level & providing workable solution, which are received as non-compliance ).
- Experience to work with Lingerie would be added advantage.
- Awareness of Lean manufacturing system is added advantage.
- Good sound with working in English Language / IT.
