  • Associate Member / Passed Finalist of CA Sri Lanka/ACCA/CIMA or pending CA case study.
  • A minimum 3 years experience in a professional services organization with External Audit experience.
  • Strong project management skills, ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external parties, including overseas clients personnel and audit teams.
  • Strong team working skills, with experience in supervising and developing junior staff members.

As an Assistant Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

  • Assist in risk and quality related activities, business development and other administrative activities of an assurance group
  • Engage in coaching, training and other staff development activities
