Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Team Leader located in Colombo. The Insurance Team Leader will be responsible for managing the performance and development of Insurance Advisors, ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience in Finance and Insurance
- Proven ability to manage and develop a team
- Strong customer service skills and customer-centric mindset
- Ability to drive sales and meet performance targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements for the insurance industry in Sri Lanka
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Professional qualifications in insurance or risk management are a plus
